At Gearfive, every item is handmade and carefully prepared before shipping. Because many of our products are custom hand-painted, processing time may vary depending on design complexity and order volume.

Processing Time

  • Standard products: 3–7 business days
  • Custom hand-painted orders: 7–14 business days
  • Large custom projects: processing time may require additional days

Production begins after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Asia: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
  • Other international destinations: 10–18 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, and seasonal demand.

Customs and Import Taxes

Return Policy

We accept returns only under limited conditions:

  • Item arrives damaged
  • Incorrect item received
  • Significant production defect

Please contact us within 7 days after delivery with photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom hand-painted shoes
  • Personalized anime designs
  • Made-to-order jackets
  • Personalized artwork requests

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is caused by our mistake.

Custom Orders

Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started because each design is created specifically for the customer.
