Refund & Exchange Policy

At Gearfive, every product is carefully handcrafted and made with artistic attention to detail. Because many of our items are custom-made and hand-painted, we apply a clear refund and exchange policy to ensure fairness for both customers and our studio.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under certain conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item received is incorrect
  • There is a clear production defect

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days after delivery and provide clear photos of the item.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom hand-painted shoes
  • Personalized jackets
  • Custom anime designs
  • Special made-to-order products
  • Personalized artwork requests

Refund Conditions

Refunds may be approved only if:

  • The product is significantly different from your order
  • The item arrives damaged during shipping
  • We are unable to replace the item

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchange Conditions

If your item qualifies for exchange:

  • The item must be unused
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Sent back within 30 days after approval

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is caused by our error.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are created based on customer requests, design references, and personal specifications. For this reason, custom orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once production has started.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or international shipping processes.
